Implementation
Sales, inventory, purchasing, accounting and manufacturing, configured for how you actually operate rather than how the demo did.
We implement Odoo for small and mid-size companies, usually where the real problem is that stock, orders and accounting don't agree with each other. We also pick up Odoo projects that stalled under another partner and get them finished.
Most companies that come to us for Odoo recognize at least two. Tick yours and we'll tell you where we'd start.
Tick anything that applies
Nothing is saved or sent anywhere. It's just a quick way to see where you stand.

Stalled and abandoned projects. We review the database, the custom modules and what people really use before proposing anything.
Off spreadsheets, QuickBooks or an older ERP, with opening balances and the history you actually need, not every row you've ever typed.
When a module really has to change, we build it so it survives the next upgrade, and we write down what it does.
Your online store, shipping carriers, warehouse tools and website, connected by our in-house developers.
Version upgrades tested on a copy first, plus ongoing changes, new reports and training as the business shifts.
Hosting decides what you can customize and who handles upgrades, so it's part of the plan rather than an afterthought.

Moving between them later is possible, but it's a migration in its own right. If your project has stalled, read how to tell if a stalled Odoo implementation can be saved.
Show us what you run today, or the Odoo database that stalled. We'll tell you what's missing and roughly what it takes.
From quote to delivery to payment, with the people who actually do each step. That walk decides which modules you need and which you don't.
Configured with a sample of your real products, customers and stock, so your team tests their own work, not a demo company.
Usually at the start of a month or period, with opening balances agreed with your accountant and the old system kept read-only for reference.
We're there for the first month-end in Odoo, which is when the real questions come up. Ongoing support after that is optional.
Yes. We need admin access to the database, the hosting details and any custom modules. We read what's there before suggesting anything, and most stalled projects can be finished rather than restarted.
Community is free and open source. Enterprise is a paid subscription that adds more apps, Odoo's own hosting options and their upgrade service. Which one makes sense depends on the modules you need and who will maintain it, and we'll lay that out before you decide.
Yes. The main decisions are how much history to bring across and the date you switch. We agree opening balances with your accountant so the books line up from the first day.
It depends on the modules, the number of users and how clean your data is. We give you a date after walking an order end to end with your team.
Yes. We're based in Chicago and most of this work is done remotely, so we work with companies across the US and further afield.
