The map
Every system, tool and license you're running, who owns it and what depends on it.
Most companies don't need more software. They need someone to look at all of it at once. The Systems Audit does that in two weeks for a flat fee, and you keep the plan whether or not we do any of the work.
If you tick two or more of these, the audit usually pays for itself in the first year. If you tick none, you probably don't need one, and we'll say so.
Tick anything that applies
Nothing is saved or sent anywhere. It's just a quick way to see where you stand.
Every system, tool and license you're running, who owns it and what depends on it.
What each one costs, what's duplicated, and what renews before anyone will think to cancel it.
Where you're vulnerable: who has admin access, whether backups exist and have been tested, and which systems depend on one person.
The spreadsheets and copy-paste routines people have quietly built to fill the gaps. These usually say more than any vendor demo.
A ranked twelve-month plan: what to fix first, what can wait, and what to stop paying for.
We work across Google, Microsoft, Zoho and Odoo, so there's no single vendor the answer needs to be. If the right move is something we don't sell, the plan says so.
We'll tell you whether an audit is worth doing for you. Sometimes it isn't, and a single fix is enough.
Read-only access where possible, recent software bills, and short conversations with the people who use each system, not only the person who bought it.
We build the map: every tool, what it costs, what it connects to and where the data really lives.
Findings ranked by what they cost you and what they put at risk, with rough effort for each fix.
We walk you and your team through it and answer questions. The document is yours either way.
Do the work with us, with someone else, or yourselves. We implement what we recommend, so the plan is costed against what things actually take.
It's a flat fee, agreed before we start, based on the size of the company and how many systems are involved. We'll quote it on the first call, and it won't change halfway through.
No. You keep the document whether or not we do any of the work. Plenty of companies use the plan with their own team or another vendor.
Then it says so. That's the point of having someone who isn't tied to one platform.
Read-only access to admin consoles where possible, recent invoices or card statements for software, and short conversations with the people who use each system. We keep the time your team spends on it small.
It covers security at a practical level: admin access, backups, MFA and single points of failure. It isn't a penetration test or a compliance certification, and we'll tell you if you need one of those.
We'll tell you whether an audit is even worth doing for you.
